Description of Client: eCommerce storefront for outdoor gear, apparel, and equipment for hunting, fishing, camping, and outdoor enthusiasts.

The Ask: During COVID, Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's undertook a UX overhaul of their $1.4 million eCommerce websites to enhance the online shopping experience.

My Role: I helped conduct a Baymard review of the current UX performance, created low- to high-fidelity wireframes, and facilitated user testing to refine the designs.
